I Blew out my "KNEE"....
have to get to the doctor/ hospital if the pain continues.( most instense pain I had in awhile- can't put any weight on the leg) Icing it, elevating it, taking some OTC pain killers. Doesn't seem like ACL. Didn't hear a pop, felt more like when I turn an ankle, but it buckled.
Will wait til tomorrow, to see how it is, no reason to spend and do the whole hospital thing, if all they are going to do is the same thing I am doing now. X-ray will reveal all, but I will wait, I guess til tommorrow.
this happened around 7pm today. Took me awhile to get home and feel comfortable enought to even move a few feet.
Hopefully it will take care of itself, but I it might be the "big one" 6-8 weeks cast etc. and the scope :(

For those that visit here, I wanted to let you know that Eric is in the hospital and to my knowledge he had surgery done on his knee yesterday.
I'll try and give him a ring in the hospital tonight to give you an update.

back from Hopstial--update later...surgery YES, the Big ONE YES..6-8 weeks not walking YES.
two plates and screws..broke the part that hold the shine bones to the knee joint in 3 places, the "patela" i think :)
got a nice 8-10 inch Frankenstein scar on my left leg, now.
