Scroll all the way to the Bottom of the blog, It's a music Video. The selection for the next few days until I find something better is Van Morrison!! ( The Healing Game)
If you don't like the music you can always either turn down the volume, Hit pause on the imbedded media player, or give me some better selections. There selections nice but not complete.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of this blog, in the footer, it's a video and you can hit the stop or Pause button either way.

Ange.. Good Luck with the No Smoking!! I am pulling for you, I did it in the first week of August 2 months ago and it's the best thing I ever did. I did it because I was in love, and that was a fantastic motivator at the time, but sitll..Just do it :)
